WELCOME TO Honkers Team

Teresa and Kayla.  Teresa will be our full time night gal from Tuesday thru Saturday and Kayla will help when needed.

At Honkers, our employees are our family, and are treated as such.  Many of our staff are students and/or single mothers and we do all we can to accommodate their various needs and erratic schedules.  To show our staff how much they are appreciated we reward them with gift certificates for their birthdays and job excellence.  Twice a year we take the staff and their partners out for a nice dinner or on an excursion, such as golfing or bowling, all expenses paid.  We most recently treated staff members to a Self-Improvement seminar with the belief that self-confident, well-adjusted and happy people make the best employees.  To say that Honkers is employee friendly is evident in the low turn-over rate we have in staffing, the majority of our staff have been employed in excess of 3 years which is remarkable for this industry.
